As Dulsco is doing remarkably well at several locations, they faced problems in employee attendance management. With multiple locations, comes the problem of managing and monitoring everything from a single location. Bigger the company, more the employees working at different levels with different profiles. So, attendance management, multiple shift management and overtime calculation can be another challenge all together. Apart from that, ensuring timely salary payments was also a challenging task as the company has many employees spread across two countries.
Solution Offers
Matrix proposed its modular People Mobility Management solution for the booming company. Matrix offered a biometric hardware device with palm vein recognition to make the attendance punching contactless. Together with the hardware, time-attendance software was also pitched for attendance management, multiple shifts and overtime of employees from a single, location through centralized monitoring.
