Mantrac Group primarily required a solution for managing the attendance and monitoring people movement in their premises, across multiple locations. They were also in search of a robust visitor management solution, in order to keep a close eye on regular visitors. Furthermore, they needed to centrally manage the HR processes with a bunch of customized reports. Access control and multi-location visitor management with dedicated support from the manufacturer were some of their key requirements. Solution Offered
Matrix provided Access Control Solutions to Mantrac Group in order to equip them in monitoring and controlling the movement of 6000 people, on a daily basis. Over 200 biometric devices are installed in 12 offices across 7 countries to centrally monitor the offices. Thus, restricting and limiting the movement of employees and visitors to specific zones. The system inspects all the processes to give out real-time alerts via notifications in case of exceptions. With advanced features like two- person access, time-based access, interlocking and many others, even remotely managing the office spaces is now an easy job!
